Constellations resides on the top floor of The Southern Schoolbook Building at 135 Auburn Avenue, recipient of the 2009 Atlanta UDC Award of Excellence for Historic Preservation, and a stunning example of early 20th Century architecture. Constructed in 1910, the building was designed by Hentz & Reid as the Southern School Book Depository. Neel Reid, who joined Hal Hentz one year earlier, poured heart and soul into the project, detailing ornate garland swags across the top, majestically centered with the torch of knowledge and an open book. At Constellations, we honor the Sweet Auburn legacy by providing a relaxed, professional environment for thinkers, writers, foundations, non-profits, purpose-driven companies, historians, students, educators, advocates, and lovers of life — to live their dreams and fulfill their purpose-driven missions. Constellations offers for lease a thoughtful mix of options to fit a host of interest and need. Private Offices, Studies, Field Offices, Dedicated Desks & Coworking are accompanied and complemented by a wide variety of shared workspace seating, delicious coffee, delectable pastries, and engaging conversation opportunities for our members to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming new visitors to the neighborhood by sharing the history, culture, and wealth of knowledge that has grown out of the Sweet Auburn neighborhood.
