Since occupying the building in 2004, Collins Cooper Carusi Architects has grown significantly from 30 to almost 60 team members. The firm expanded its footprint of 13,072 SF to an addition to the floor below, acquiring an additional 3,693 SF. Beyond the needs for physical growth, there was a desire to develop an updated environment that better facilitated the collaborative work style in which our teams participate. The firm identified the need for spaces that enabled various-sized gatherings, from firm-wide meetings to smaller, more private collaborations. Lowering of the existing cubicle height enables team members to communicate directly in lieu of the traditional work environments, and breakout spaces pepper the office with flexible furnishings and state-of-the-art technology.
